- You must register your $150 Flight Credit Award ("Award") online at www.ActivateAward.com no later than March 15, 2010. Award must be registered and redeemed by the person that received it. Award recipient must be the traveler. After registration the website will return a toll-free number to use when booking your airfare. Your travel must be booked using this telephone number.
- Questions regarding the Award and/or activation should be sent to support@otbterms.com.
- Your activated Award entitles you to receive up to a maximum total savings of $150 on the cost of one roundtrip coach class airline ticket with a minimum base fare of $350 per ticket. Fares under $350 minimum base fare earn $100 total savings. Flights must be roundtrip on a single carrier. No one way, open jaw or circle trips.
- The Award will be applied toward the base fare only. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger, and are based on the normal (pre-discounted) cost of the ticket and must be paid at the time of booking using a major credit card. The taxes and fees include, but are not limited to: the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement at a U.S. airport (up to a maximum of $10.00 per round-trip) and Passenger Facility Charges of up to $4.50 per segment (up to a maximum of $18.00 per round-trip). Segment Fee of $3.60 per segment. Travel Facilities Tax of $8.00 per direction between Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. Immigration User Fee of $7.00. U.S. Customs User Fee of $5.50. U.S. APHIS User Fee of $5.00. U.S. International Transportation Tax of $16.10 per arrival or departure. Foreign Government taxes and fees of up to $250 (varies widely by destination and fluctuates with exchange rates).
- If the Award is redeemed for less that its full potential value ($150), the Award holds no residual value for future travel.
- Travel using the Award must be booked by July 15, 2010 and completed within 5 months of booking or by December 15, 2010, whichever comes first. The trip must be booked through ATG (CST #2001330-10 and Florida Seller of Travel Registration #35395 and Nevada Seller of Travel Registration No. 240000054).
- 21 day advance purchase required. The office that will book your travel is open from 8:30AM to 5:00PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, and closed on holidays, therefore it may be necessary to call more than 21 days in advance to reach the office during working hours.
- Upon issuance of airline tickets, passengers are subject to all rules and regulations of the issuing airline, including but not limited to refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes of itinerary. The names of the passengers cannot be changed.
- Only one Award can be redeemed per trip and this Award cannot be combined with any other promotional program.
- ATG has no control over schedule changes, cancelled or oversold flights. Remedies for these situations are at the discretion of the validating carrier and subject to federal regulations.
- ATG has final authority on all ticketing, pricing, and availability decisions.
